Website forms and optional analytics
Our enquiry form uses Formspree to securely process your name, email address, postcode, optional phone number and message so our team can respond. Please avoid including sensitive personal information. You can also contact us by phone.
With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand how the website is used and whether visitors click a telephone link or successfully send an enquiry. We do not send your form answers to Analytics. With the same optional permission, Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings to help us improve the website. Enquiry form content is masked and we do not send names, contact details or messages as analytics events. A telephone click does not tell us whether a call connected.
Analytics is off until you accept it. Your choice is saved in this browser, and you can change it using Cookie settings in the footer. Choosing necessary only keeps the website and enquiry form available. With analytics enabled, Google Analytics cookies may be stored for up to two years. Clarity uses its own analytics cookies, including _clck and _clsk. If you withdraw permission, we clear these first-party cookies and reload the page to stop the analytics scripts. You can then continue with necessary cookies only.
